The Hershey Bears are currently taking on the Lehigh Phantoms in the first round of the AHL playoffs, and top prospect Hendrix Lapierre is making a compelling case for a call-up to the big leagues.
Hendrix Lapierre has been on a heater, to say the least.
In his last three games, Lapierre has racked up an impressive 5 points, helping lead the Hershey Bears to their third straight Calder Cup title.

Lapierre does it all and as a top-six center, plays all situations. His passing stands out but he uses his speed to close in on skaters and force turnovers. While he's not a big guy, he steps up on the forecheck and plays the physical game when needed.
Drafted by the Washington Capitals in the first round of the 2020 NHL Draft, Lapierre has shown moments of brilliance, with his chance at the big leagues getting closer every day.
