Commanders' quarterback Jayden Daniels was in the house to show his support to the Capitals in Game 2
Just two days after Baltimore Orioles shortstop Gunnar Henderson and Washington Nationals ace MacKenzie Gore showed up for Game 1, Washington Commanders star quarterback Jayden Daniels was in the building for Game 2 to cheer on the Capitals.
Star QB Jayden Daniels sat rink side for Game 2 and was joined by his fellow Commanders quarterbacks, Marcus Mariota and Sam Hartman.

Ian Oland from RMNB writes that Daniels arrived sporting a long-sleeve shirt from Stéh Līht, but later swapped it for a black Alex Ovechkin Capitol Dome jersey from Ovi's rookie season. Mariota and Hartman followed suit, each donning matching throwback jerseys.

The three Commanders players were introduced to the crowd during the second stoppage of the first period, drawing a loud cheer from the Capitals faithful. Each of them signed three footballs and tossed them into the crowd, much to the fans' delight.

Other Commanders players were also spotted at the game, including guard Sam Cosmi. The group gathered for a photo, which was later shared on the team's social media accounts.
We'll see who the Capitals' bring in to attend Game 5 back at home if the Canadiens can manage to extend the series and avoid a sweep.
