Goaltender Charlie Lindgren will get the start between the pipes tonight, looking to bounce back after a somewhat underwhelming performance last Sunday.
Fans were hoping to see former first-round pick
Dylan McIlrath draw into the lineup tonight, but as previously reported, head coach
Spencer Carbery will be sticking with the same lineup and making no changes.
Top prospect Ryan Leonard will remain in the top six, following an impressive start to his NHL career.
Through his first four games, Leonard has turned heads-- and he notched his first-ever NHL goal in Sunday's loss to the New York Islanders.
With a victory tonight, the Washington Capitals can increase their record to 50-19-9, putting them just one point behind first place in the NHL standings.
The puck drop is set for 7:30 PM ET.
