I think we can all agree that Spencer Carbery is well deserving of the Jack Adams Award.

Coming into the NHL as a rookie coach is no small feat, especially as his age.

To make matters even more impressive, Carbery took on the role as head coach on a veteran team, with some players almost matching his age.

That said, Carbery lead a team who barely made the playoffs last year to the top seed in the Eastern Conference, breathing life back into a team who weren't even predicted to make the post season.
